A: Yes, I offer both domestic and international shipping for my paintings. Whether you're located within the country or abroad, I can deliver your artwork to your desired destination.
Q: How much are the shipping costs?
A: Shipping costs are setted as flat rate, 80 € for international (+15 € for other item added), 35 € for domestic (+8 € for other item added).
Q: How long does it take for a painting to arrive?
A: Domestic orders usually arrive within 5-7 business days from the date of shipment. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location, usually 10-15 days for international orders.
Q: How are paintings packaged for shipment?
A: We take great care in packaging our paintings to ensure they arrive safely at their destination. Each painting is securely wrapped and placed in a protective shipping container to prevent damage during transit. Larger paintings are shipped without internal frame, rolled up in a shipping tube to ensure safety during transportation.
Q: Can I track my shipment?
A: Yes, I provide tracking information for all shipments. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to monitor the status of your delivery.
Q: What should I do if my painting arrives damaged?
A: In the rare event that your painting arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We'll work with you to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction. Please provide clear photos of the damage along with your order number for expedited assistance.
